Are you items custom made? TOP

In order to bring a larger selection to our customers we have started carrying other lines as well as our own custom line.  Most items are custom made, but some items are mass produced.  Certainly, if you have a special request, we will do everything in our power to get you what you want.
 
We worked with a customer looking for an Alabama duffle bag.  We ended up getting a crimson gingham duffle with cute ribbon straps and having an A in Curlz font monogrammed in white.  
 
In another instance, we had a customer interested in luggage tags.  We created this item for her bridal party and now carry them as one of our custom made items.   

How long does it take to get my item? TOP

Once your order has been placed and confirmed please allow two to three weeks for processing your oder.  In most cases, we will be able to produce and ship your items faster.  However, our work load fluctuates and we'd rather be quick than behind.  Also, we offer a rush order option if you need your item sooner!  Once your item is completed, it will be shipped via USPS.  You will be notified via E-mail with a shipping delivery confirmation number. 
 
Once your package has been shipped, it usually arrives within 2-5 business days.

What if I want a special order that is not seen on your site? TOP

Please contact me for any special requests and I'll be happy to try to assist you with your needs!

Why is there a delay in my order? TOP

There are two possible reasons that would cause a delay in your order. 
 
1.  Holidays or other reasons that would slow the postal delivery system down (check delivery confirmation number sent with shipping email.)
 
2.  I have two children with special needs.  If for some reason, I had an emergency, you will be notified as soon as we are physically able to update our customers.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
